Well it's too early to know anything for sure, but cockroach and river are long overdue their debut as wolves, and I agree with Flipper (great to have a new player that's done their research btw) that until everyone stops voting River off immediately, it's unlikely for whoever is hosting to risk giving her a wolf role.
The truth is it could be anyone, but since River and Cockroach are the main contenders so far, I'm going to risk it for a biscuit and vote Cockroach in the hope that we nail a wolf early on.
Of course the cunning narrator could have teamed up River and Cockroach in a desperate bid to confound us all.
I'm just waiting now for the narration that highlights cockroach's name in green - at which point I shall laugh my socks off as everyone was so wrong, and made the mistake of reading too much into river voting off cockroach as usual!

Therefore the reaction seems a bit over the top - unless of course River inadvertently hit the nail on the head, and Cockroach is guilty, which then leads me to believe that Dragon would be his wolfish accomplice.
Alternatively for reasons unknown these two harbour jealousies with regard to River who seems a good player, and wish to get rid of her quickly from the game - which yes - if she is indeed a wolf, then this is good news.
However it seems to me she is more of a threat to wolves as earlier games show her gift for exposing werewolves quickly and consistently. Granted this probably means she would also be a formidable wolf - but then if she is voted off early all the time, we're unlikely to get a chance to see her in action in that role. In short I think it's unlikely that whoever's hosting will risk giving her a wolf role knowing she's likely to be killed off early in the game.
Therefore I shall take a chance and vote cockroach so the vote is tied, on the off chance that cockroach and dragon are our wolves - though i think on day one we're probably just overanalysing.
As for myself since I was a wolf last time round - although not impossible, it's unlikely I would get a wolf role twice in a row!
Perhaps it is a mistake to focus too much on how River and cockroach are voting, as they regularly vote for each other on the first day - so who is left?
Tiger the dragon trainer - a very plausible wolf and not impossible to be given the role the first time she plays on this forum!
Mockingjay the vampire unicorn - again has not had her debut as a wolf yet
Bubblegumfrog the  ?? - who most definitely deserves another shot in the wolf role
Alind - was a wolf last time round with myself which makes me think it's unlikely she would be a wolf this time - although not impossible
River - after consideration of flippers remarks - perhaps not so likely as it is too risky to have your wolf voted off so quickly.
Flipper - not likely to get a wolf role first time playing in case there is a repeat of the new player fiasco last time round (by which i mean new to the forum - not necessarily new to the game) more likely to get a green role until they've settled in.
Cockroach - hasn't had wolf role yet i don't think, so possible.
If only we could fathom the murky workings of the narrators scheming and dastardly brain!
In conclusion the most likely suspects are therefore: Tiger, Cockroach, Mockingjay, and Bubblegumfrog - not necessarily in that order.
I shall take a chance therefore and since others have indicated likewise, no doubt coming to the same conclusion, vote cockroach - if nothing else - hopefully the vote will be unanimous so someone isn't randomly voted off! |

The decision made, the passengers turned and moved on towards their target.
“NOO” he cried, “you’re making a huge mistake”
Slowly he began backing up to the large viewing window with its swathes of gaudy orange and purple fabric. “You’re going to regret this”
The mob moved fast but not fast enough and with surprising agility for a little old candlestick maker he grabbed the drapes swung himself up and began a quick ascent.
“Come on riverdance” said mockingjay “time you put your talents to use GO FETCH”
Riverdance hung her head “I can’t”, she sighed, “It only works outside where I can use the air currents”
“GAME OVER” growled courageous cockroach
Sunset was fast approaching and the panicking passengers cast round for something, anything to use as a weapon. Dragonslayer stepped forward removing his hat and took a deep breath. Slowly he began to pass his has back and forth over the hat.
“Give me a weapon of tough shiny silver, Make it BIG, sharp an….errr” Unable to think of anything to rhyme with silver his incantation faltered he looked about him of inspiration. Then he felt the heat and looking down saw his hat begin to smoke and change, into a Big sliver pencil sharpener.
“nice"! called bubblegum frog "all we need is a bag of pencils and we can draw him to death”
Dragonslayer ignored the heckling intent on tiger who was gesturing to flipper as she snuck up on him from behind. Pulling him on to his back tiger shouted for Mockingjay to sit on him and keep him still.
AS he lay there helpless nose in the air dragonslayer advanced sharpener in hand. Slotting it on the end of the puppets nose he began to turn as fast as he could ignoring the puppets cries of outrage. In no time a sharp lethal point was crafted.
“what do you expect me to do?” asked flipper “NOD him to death??? I’m not going up there!!!”
“no need” said alind quietly grinning “WEREWOLF” she bellowed
Flippers nose grew and inch. Everyone saw the point, literally.
“WEREWOLF, WEREWOLF, WEREWOLF” they chanted faster and faster.
Flippers nose shot up towards cockroach spearing him through the heart and claiming his life. AS death took him Courageous cockroaches grip loosened from the drapes and he began a bloody decent down the nose/shaft that had claimed him transforming him into his TRUE form as he came.
“Just great” said flipper “do you people Know how hard it is to get blood out of wood???”
THE NIGHT PHASE HAS BEGUN and will last till 9pm TUESDAY

Dawn light began glinting on the water. Everyone was awake but no one was in a hurry to leave the safety of their rooms. Yes they had gotten lucky last night but how lucky was yet to be seen. Could it be that they had killed a lone wolf?? Or was he part of a pack??
One by one they were drawn from their rooms, either through hunger, thirst, or pure nosiness. (Although in the case of the unicorn genetics played a large part in this latter matter)
Someone was missing. Someone who was less than enthusiastic about being used as a weapon of wolfish destruction. Without answers everyone was on edge and soon search parties were scouring the ship to no avail.
After hours of fruitless hunting the remaining passengers returned to the dining room for a mainly liquid lunch (and no I don’t mean soup)
“Maybe the coward jumped overboard” suggested tiger, as Riverdance rose to add another log to the fire.
“No one left the ship, by life raft or swimming” chimed up bubblegumfrog “I was hiding near the stern for most of the night.”
“Umm guys I think it’s pretty safe to assume that our missing guest is still on board” said Riverdance.
“Ooh are your fairy senses tingling” mocked the sleep deprived unicorn “Coz mummy always told me that when you assume you make an ASS out of U and ME”
“ASSUME my ASS” replied Riverdance turning to face the group a log in each hand
Only they looked a little too smooth to be logs. Too clean to be logs, and who has ever heard of logs with in one case five fingers carved at the end and the other five perfectly carved toes.
Right under their noses a nose they all recognised along with the splintered remains of limbs torso and head
Poor Flipper was not so much IN the wood pile AS a wood pile.
The day phase has begun and will continue until friday 8th August

Alas poor flipper the silly puppet that wanted to be a real boy is dead but now who do put the hunt on I believe the wise place to start would be with dragonslayer who first voted for riverdance and then changed to cockroach (Perhaps the wolves knew the plan was failing so decided to cover up for one of them) or we should turn to the horse with a ice cream cone on its head was acting stupid a plan to cover them selves? And since people like a bit of logic mockingjay has also never been a wolf (Until now?). Since you are all so silent I guess you were waiting for the master so speak and I have done so now so let's continue this battle of wits and destroy the wolves before its too late. I must now go eat so I bid you farewell but be warned you may not see me but I'm watching you

Cedric and Fafnir were in good spirits when I greeted them and set to work releasing them. Whilst aboard the ship, they would hunt the ocean for their food, since it was impractical to carry a fresh supply of meat - another ship would have been needed, and frankly they preferred fresh food as opposed to refrigerated food.
I began to update them on the latest happenings on board describing the demise of Courageous cockroach.
"Incredible Cedric and Fafnir my beauties! - you're not going to believe this! We caught a werewolf first time! A fluke perhaps? Despite wanting to give everyone a try in all the roles, maybe the narrators should aim to confound the players a little more lol.
So - what to do now? It's true mockingjay hasn't had a wolf role yet, and it would make sense to pair her up with an experienced wolf like cockroach so that's something to think about, but we're also forgetting the blue roles! She hasn't played the seer yet so we could just as easily inadvertently kill off the seer as be killing off a werewolf!
The same goes for Bubblegumfrog - if we're playing the "I think it's so and so because they haven't had a turn at playing whatever role.
I think perhaps alind and Dragonslayer are less likely to be a wolf this time as they were wolves last time - although of course it's not impossible. Though I'm guessing cos Alind came into the game late that the red / blue roles would probably have already been allocated - which speaks to her innocence even more.
That leaves riverdance - I think unlikely as she tends to get killed off early, though she's been given a better chance this time round it seems. I'm leaning towards Bubblegumfrog or Mockingjay as the guilty party therefore. What do you think? The dolphin or the vampire unicorn? Let's go above deck, and perhaps after you've caught breakfast, we'll do some more flying - it'll give you both an opportunity to suss out the likely suspects. Perhaps your dragon nose will be able to sniff out the remaining werewolf eh?
With this I winched open the cargo doors and Cedric and Fafnir leapt into the air and began to look for food. The captain was beginning to soften in his attitude towards my charges now, as it was of great help to him to have a fresh supply of fish each day. Cedric and Fafnir would spot the shoals from the air, and Bubblegumfrog the dolphin would dart around pushing them up to the surface at which point the dragons would dive in and eat their fill, always bringing a portion back to the ship for the chef to cook for the passengers. Indeed the captain and crew were now toying with the idea of employing a dragon full time for voyages, so successful was this technique. The previous evening a flock of geese flying south had met their demise, furnishing the table with yet another delicacy. Yes indeed, my dragons were becoming ever more popular.
Just imagine if they were to sniff out and gobble up the remaining werewolves on board saving us all!
Today was a bright and wonderful day indeed, it was good to be alive! Then it suddenly occurred to me! If I were to sleep with my beloved dragons in the cargo hold instead of in my cabin - what better protection could I wish for?
Yes - from now on, this is what I would do!

ok so tiger and bubblegumfrog make a good point but need i remind u all that vampires and wolves do not get along. so that leaves me to be a inocent bystander or the seer making your vote for ma a wast of time effert and typing , in getting rid of the vermin we call the wolves. and yes it is true that alind came in to the game late but that does not mean that she did not have her roal in the game so i shal go and ponder who the wolves are and make my vote when i have more infomation on the matter

I'm thinking Mockingjay or Bubblegumfrog too! Since Mockingjay aleady has a couple of votes I shall vote for her and not muddy the water with a possible tied vote. Since she was initially voted for by Bubblegumfrog, if she turns out to be innocent, then that may be an indication of who the final wolf is!
