Also Mockingjay i am not nutty purely on this basis i mistrust you already and just because you are in the same place does not mean one of you is not a wolf, you should of learned that when 2 people where in the tavern an was a wolf and the other was not is this just a ploy by 2 wolves to throw us off the scent you both seemed to jump on that idea quick

I'm not sure if I'm gonna be online between now and voting close, so I'm gonna take the plunge (lookit mommy - a fish in water joke!!  )
I'm thinking that dragonfly may be another no show (I still hope not) and really want to keep the game open for the active players to interact with it. So if dragonfly is a no show - then purely on default, that is where my vote lies.
If the puppetmaster decides to simply write inactives out of Ashton like last time, then I need a back up vote.....
It's pretty tough this early in the game!! But the most likely innocents are (currently) the ones safely under lock and key in the jail. Yes, the sherrif had the key on him and could easily have let himself out, but the fact is the werewolf was striking WHILE DRAGONSLAYER WAS SHOOTING. I don't know how werewolf morphism works, but I would imagine that anyone else who was also a werewolf would have changed at the same time.......?
and then there is this quote from riverdancepenguin:It seems a little counter-productive to me, despite the reasoning, to make a shot for the most likely HUMAN players in the game, unless you weren't a villager and your survival didn't depend on keeping the human population high. On top of this, she also asks the rest of us to simply follow suit and we all vote with her. It seems to me to be a wolfish ploy to make the rest of us thin the green ranks for her - and all under the guise of 'cool' logic and comradeship (except for courageouscockroach - who she is admittedly gunning for - lol).
So my vote is as follows:
If Dragonfly does not show up - or is not written out of the story line, I vote for her.
If she does - then I have to try and defend my village using the information I have, so my back-up vote is for riverdancepenguin

HAHAHAHAH Ok - I know it's pretty much my trademark to try to get courageous cockroach bumped off as soon as possible, but seriously here's the thing - there are 11 players in the game. That means in all probability there are either 2 or 3 werewolves to catch. We know there were 3 people all together in the jail....so if there are 3 werewolves to find...we could save ourselves a lot of time and effort by doing a quick elimination in the first round. Here's what I propose: We all vote for courageouscockroach - if he's a wolf, then we can be pretty sure the other 2 are dragonslayer and meustrus, if he's not then we have eliminated 3 people from our enquiries in one fell swoop and we know to look elsewhere. If truly innocent, then I think the next plausible line of enquiry should start with hitashi (see quote above) <------awfully quick to leap to the defense of Bubblegumfrog.Hitashi + Bubblegumfrog = possible wolfish conspirators? ? If I am bumped off in the night phase...then you shall have your answer! (Unless they're not the wolves, but the wolves see this post and take advantage of it to make them look guilty!) ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Interesting now to note that Hitashi is now trying to get me killed off! I think I may have indeed hit the nail on the head, and due to the last part of my comment the wolves are now conspiring to have me voted off instead of killing me in the night phase as a result! If dragonfly doesn't show up then I vote for : DragonflyIf she does show up I hereby change my vote to Hitashi <----your cunning wolfish ploys have not escaped me! Nor the sharp pointy teeth more befitting a piranha than a goldfish.
and establishing the innocence of 3 villagers beyond any doubt in the very first vote of the game would be significant progress for those of us on the "villagers" team, giving us a small yet nice head start on the wolves....I wonder why you are really so opposed to this? *sings* Who's afraid of the big bad wolf, the big bad wolf, the big bad wolf.....who's afraid of the big bad wolf La La La La La. <---Also bearing in mind just how badly this creature (Hitashi) desperately wants legs, and bearing in mind the questionable experiments that she conducts, I really don't think it's implausible that she would happily give up her fishy existence for one which gives her a nice ~(or 2 nice pairs) of werewolf legs to run around on. |

Dragonfly - so far so quiet again, I'd also like to see some action from here too... ANYTHING!!! I'm trying to remember when she signed up - could she be signed into three games to advertise on the advert thread?? If so then the rules are to PARTICIPATE in three games - though I'd infinitely prefer to be proven wrong and have another to match wits with in here. Looking forward to meeting with you  Yes that is correct: to advertise you MUST actively participate in 3 games. I'm afraid signing up for games and then not showing up does not count as actively participating in a game! I would also like to take this opportunity to share the news that enquiries by the sheriff have turned up interesting fact that Esperare's uncle, father, grandfather, in fact no less than 43 relatives spanning 14 generations have all been respected judges in their community. Therefore she has been offered a job as Town Judge. |

After reading everything I don't trust anyone! There are two people I trust less than everyone else: hitashi and riverdancepenguin. I vote for riverdancepanguin.
(I know dragonfly off the computer and she asked me to let you know she was being spacey and would like to apply for a job as a nurse.)

Riverdancepenguin tried desperately to make a dash for the exit, But courageous cockroach the centaur was faster. Galloping at top speed he grabbed the fat penguin just as she reached the exit, and threw her to the floor. She viciously pecked him and tried to break free but to no avail. Mockingjay threw a large fairy net over the flapping mayor and she was dragged out into the square.
"We need some rope," yelled Dragonslayer. Bubblegumfrog ran into the jailhouse to get some, and retrieving it turned back to the square....but could no longer see where the townsfolk were through the thick haze of smoke, now hanging over the village.
Hands outstretched, he cautiously moved forward, trying desperately to see. He could hear lots of giggling, and the mist had a strong, pungent smell. There was a loud whacking sound, as Dragonslayer smacked Meustrus on the side of the head, knocking him to the floor.
"Rope you idiot, ROPE! not DOPE! What is wrong with you?"
Bubblegumfrog threw the rope to Dragonslayer and Esperare as it was their duty as sheriff and Judge to preside over all matters of this nature.
A noose was thrown round Riverdance's neck and she was hauled high into the branches of the tree, where she danced gently in the breeze....Dare I say she appeared to riverdance her way to the top??
"I don't know about you, but I have the munchies," said courageouscockroach to Dragonslayer, and Dragonfly the village nurse who was busy tending his wounds after the vicious pecking he'd taken from the scornful penguin.
But as stoned as Dragonslayer was, he still had enough presence of mind to realize that in this state, the villagers were infinitely more vulnerable to attack. Tying his kerchief over his mouth and nose like a bandit he began to usher the townsfolk back to their homes - checking in each case that they were securely locked up for the night before wobbling back to the jail, utterly stoned and famished. As courageouscockroach locked and bolted the county jail, the sound of a distant howl filled the air.
The night phase has begun and will last until 6pm on Friday the 4th April GMT
